One-on-one tutoring for AP Chemistry and AP Environmental Science, backed by real College Board exam materials, pattern analysis, and firsthand experience scoring at the top.
Most tutors explain what the textbook says. I explain what actually shows up on the exam, because I've taken it, scored at the top, and broken down every question type.
I'm a rising senior finishing up my last year of high school, which means everything I teach, I just lived through. The stress of AP season, the exact questions that trip people up, the way College Board phrases things to confuse you. I know it firsthand because it was my reality not long ago.
Education has always been a big part of my life. I've never been satisfied with just knowing that something works. I want to know why it works. My AP Chem teacher would tell you I stayed after class regularly just to dig deeper into concepts until they actually made sense. That curiosity is what I bring into every tutoring session.
Outside of academics, I'm a track athlete with a few things to show for it, including a 30-meter fly school record and the title of fastest Asian American in the Quad City 7, a conference of seven competitive high schools including Apex Friendship, Green Level, and Panther Creek. I'm also a certified soccer referee and a former soccer and baseball player. If you ever want to talk sports, I'm always down.
I don't try to cover everything. I focus on the two AP science courses I know inside and out, so you get real expertise, not surface-level help.
One of the hardest APs with a ~50% pass rate. Sessions draw from a bank of 500+ CB-style MCQ questions and released FRQs from past exams, plus additional FRQ resources on request. I know what each question is really testing, so we target the right skills, not just the right answers. Also available for lower-level chemistry and AP Chem head-start prep.
More conceptual than calculation-heavy. Sessions pull from 300+ CB-style MCQ questions and released FRQs, scored against real CB rubrics. I understand what each question is designed to test, so we focus on the concepts that actually show up, not just broad topic review.
No hidden fees. No packages you have to commit to. Pay per session, cancel anytime.
๐ Sessions are held at a location of your choice. I drive to nearby public libraries, coffee shops, or quiet spots in the area including West Regional Library and Morrisville Library.
Focused, personalized help tailored to exactly where you're stuck. Includes real CB-style practice questions.
Great for review sessions with classmates. Share the cost, same quality of help and materials.
Intensive prep in the weeks before May exams. High-yield topics, timed practice, FRQ review.
Math, science, and social studies for middle schoolers. Great foundation building before high school.

Fill out the contact form with your subject and what you need help with. I'll reply within 24 hours to set up a time.
Before your session, let me know the unit or topic, even generally (e.g. "Unit 8" or "acids and bases"). This lets me prepare targeted CB-style practice questions specific to what you're covering.
Every session follows a proven format, not just open Q&A. See the breakdown below.
Better test scores, more confidence, and real understanding, not just surface memorization.
